Join the DLC

My school is:

1. School mailing address
2. Contact information:
   • Primary contact at your school (usually the principal or other administrator)
   • Principal at your school
   • Billing contact at your school (can be the same as the primary contact)
3. Student enrollment figures (for the entire school; use the October 2007 headcount, if possible)
4. Staff size
5. A purchase order number (or other payment information). Note: this is optional. DLC will include this information on the invoice to help your business office better process the invoice.
