Give your Course Support team the opportunity to participate in training.

Course Support (CS) team members are better able to influence student success in online courses when they have been given the opportunity to participate in training and support options and are compensated for their time. The following opportunities are available to them from the DLC and our online course providers:

  • Online/Phone Orientation. Every Registrar and Teacher/Mentor is required to complete this orientation to learn about registration and communication procedures. (About 1.5 hours, scheduled training)
  • Start-Up Demo Accounts. Teacher/Mentors and Technologists can access these to experience the students' and Teacher/Mentors' "start up" phases and orientations.
