Who to Contact for Support

As a member of your school's Course Support team, you'll be in touch with support staff at the DLC and at the various course providers. Depending on how many students you are mentoring as Teacher/Mentor, you might have several different contacts among the course providers and at the DLC. Here's a general overview of which contacts can help with what kinds of issues.

  • The DLC can help guide you with general questions regarding online course logistical implementation in your school, course selection, and registration.
    • Locate DLC Course Support staff contact info on the Course Support web pages on our site.
  • In most cases, you can keep in touch with your students' online course instructors via the online course platforms, email, and phone to facilitate student progress.
    • Locate instructor contact information on provider progress reports or in the students' view of their course information page within the online course.
  • For technical problems with the courses, contact the technical support for the specific course provider.
    • Locate provider technical support contact information via the course platform login screen, the student's welcome message, or on the Course Providers page.
  • The administrative staff at the individual course providers can help with questions about course content, course participation requirements, grade reporting, and general student-instructor-Teacher/Mentor communications.
