Reporting Deadlines
Teacher/Mentors work with students and the course instructors and providers to make sure that grades are gathered in time for the school's grading deadlines. This is particularly the case with UW Extension instructors. Make sure that the UW Extension instructor knows what your grade reporting deadline is, and that your student and the instructor have worked out a schedule that will allow plenty of time for the final grade to be reported.
Course start and end dates are listed on the DLC's Academic Calendar, but Teacher/Mentors are encouraged to gather grade reporting timelines from their students or students' instructors based on the students' course schedules.
