Getting the Student in the Right Course

There are some important things to keep in mind as you try to find the best match of course and provider for your students. First, you must consider the student's interests and academic needs. When you have determined the subject matter and type of course that is most appropriate for the student, you need to find the course and provider that best fits.

As you begin your search, keep in mind that the DLC courses are offered by a variety of providers, and the descriptions in the catalog may vary accordingly. The DLC is always working with the providers to improve and standardize the information available about each course within the descriptions, but additional information can be provided by request through the DLC.

Additionally, the DLC recommends conferring with our Course Selection Guidelines when selecting an online course for your student.
