Textbooks and Supplemental Materials
Many of our course providers post required readings within the online course; however, some required readings are not available online and students may need textbooks or supplemental materials. In those instances, the Registrar is able to select optional and required materials in the registration process; our course providers then order the materials on your behalf. Materials are then sent to the Teacher/Mentor's attention at the school.
Schools are encouraged to save money by maintaining an on-site inventory of DLC course textbooks and materials (rather than having students keep them). Make sure you opt out of receiving materials the school already owns during the registration process.
Additional materials required for participation in an online course may be listed in the "Other Materials" field on the course description page. These materials cannot be ordered via the DLC registration system, but should be provided by the school or student.
