Creating a ClassTools Account

Adding a Subject

Need to add an additional subject? Log in at www.apexvs.com, then click on the pencil to the left of the classroom name. On the "Manage Classroom" page click on the "Configure Classroom" button and proceed.

Retrieving lost passwords or usernames

If you have a DLC Account, and you've forgotten your password, you can retrieve it here.

If you have a ClassTools account that is not associated with your DLC Account, you can go to www.apexvs.com, then click "Forgot your Username or Password?" to have your information emailed to you. If that doesn't work, contact Apex Learning^® by emailing support@apexlearning.com or calling Support at 800-453-1454. Please include your login name so Apex^® can return the proper password.

Adding student accounts

For ClassTools^® and Beyond Books teachers can enroll students by clicking on the pencil to the left of the classroom name and then click "Create Student." After the student has been created, click "Display Roster" to see the student's login name and password. Teachers must give students their login name and password when enrolling students through the "Manage Classroom" web page.
