Online Courses & Mentors

Credit Recovery to AP: 300+ online courses for grades 6–12 are offered through six course providers.
Teacher/Mentors and Registrars: Support student success in online courses.
Online Courses:
- Include text, audio, images, animation, video, games, and online discussions that help engage all types of learners.
- Provide an environment where students' disabilities aren't a central issue, as they might be in a traditional classroom.
- Are taught by online instructors who are certified to teach the subject.

Student Mentors: Provide personalized help with coursework and college and career planning as well as help using DLC resources.
Sign-Up Form: Any student at a DLC member-school can work with a mentor by filling out this simple form.
Email Platform: DLC mentors work with students via email, which provides a low-pressure communication medium for students with speech difficulties.
Academic and Career Planning Help: Mentors can help students who might otherwise have limited access to these resources.
