How can your colleagues be involved in your coaching work? How are your coaching experiences aligned with the coaching goals you set in previous sessions?

Introduction

We will examine our collaboration work in depth using a protocol called Wows and Wonders. As you collaborate, you might be asked to review lesson plans, scaffolding tools, and other written documents. This protocol is designed to help you gain understanding about your collaboration work, to promote reflective practice, and to help you learn from each other. The protocol can be used in schools to examine student work or educator practice.

Think and Post

Think about your initial experiences as a Teacher2Teacher leader in your building. Think about your successes and the challenges you have faced recruiting teachers to work with. Think about sharing your collaboration plan with your principal or staff.

Go to the discussion board Wows and Wonders forum to post what you have learned in your initial efforts as a T2T leader. We will use your ideas in the next activity.
