To qualify for acceptance to the Teacher2Teacher Program, you must be able to check all of the following statements:

	I commit to participating in a single cohort of the Teacher2Teacher Program, including attendance at all training sessions and active involvement in the online professional learning community of coaches. Sessions are scheduled as follow with locations to be determined: Eastern Washington Cohort Sessions 1-3: August 13-15, 2008, Session 4: November 3, 2008 Final Session: March 13 (reflection dinner only) - 14, 2008 Western Washington Cohort: Days 1-3 Sessions 1-3: September 26-28, 2008 Session 4: December 1, 2008 Final Session: March 13 (reflection dinner only) - 14, 2008
	I commit to provide regular coaching time and weekly communication with each collaborating teacher.
	I have daily access to a computer and e-mail.
	My school schedule allows time on computers for students completing DLC enriched lessons.
